Local orders can be collected from the pottery - please select this option at the checkout.
I post all my items via Royal Mail 2nd Class post, as standard, and this will usually* take around 3 business days to arrive.
Orders over £100 ship FREE.
I understand that sometimes things are needed a little faster than this (those last minute presents!!) so please drop me a message if you need anything sent quicker and I will discuss options with you to try and make this happen!
*Busy times such as Christmas / holidays and any future global pandemics (heaven forbid!) can delay postage!
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer international delivery via my website at this time - I am working on this and I shall update this section as soon as I am able to offer this service. In the meantime, if you are overseas and are keen to purchase a particular item, please message me on email@example.com and I would be delighted to discuss some options.
Return and Exchange Policy
I take care to describe each item on my website carefully, so please read all descriptions for dimensions, sizes, usage and care instructions, before making any purchase. All my pottery is made by hand in small batches so the dimensions can vary slightly from piece to piece. Please check that you are happy with all the care advice and dimensions in the listing before placing your order.
Ceramic Art: All my items are handmade, hand-painted or carved and hand-glazed by me and are individual. Any 'imperfections' should be considered part of their charm! No two items will ever be exactly the same. I individually photograph my pieces to try and offer the best possible representation of colour and finish. If you are not completely happy with an item you have received please do get in touch.
If you would like to return an item, please contact me first so that I can provide you with the address with which to return it and confirm any details. I can not accept items returned after 14 days of receipt. Unless an item is faulty, return shipping is your own responsibility. If any item is returned in a non-resalable condition (if it gets broken on it’s return journey) I will not be able to offer a refund so please ensure that you package it very carefully. I recommend you insure the parcel and use a ‘signed for’ service. Personalised items are non-returnable.
